How to join us
This is your path to the team
You have questions ..
... we have the answers
We've put together a list of the most frequently asked questions along with their answers for you.Of course, you’re welcome to ask us anything else that’s on your mind. Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Simply use our contact form!
Am I allowed to submit an unsolicited application?
Absolutely! We’re thrilled when you take the initiative. Even if there isn’t a suitable position currently advertised, we’re always on the lookout for qualified, dedicated, and simply amazing team members. So go ahead—show us why we need YOU!
Will you consider me even without top grades?
Of course, we’re happy if you’ve excelled in your studies, but for us, your personality matters much more! Show us how amazing you are, what fascinates and excites you, the goals you’re pursuing in life, and your professional aspirations.
How should I apply?
By post? No way. Come on, we’re an online company and prefer you to use our application form—or email, as an alternative.
P.S.: This applies to digital immigrants too!
What should I wear to the interview?
First and foremost, we want you to feel comfortable! If that means wearing a suit, feel free to go for it. Otherwise, we keep things very relaxed in this regard. Since the pandemic, and even beyond, our introductory interviews have been successfully conducted via Google Meet.
P.S.: Let’s be honest - these days, who can really tell the difference between pajamas and 'casual home wear' anyway?
How do I get to you?
Location: Kolbermoor – The Kolbermoor train station is just a 5-minute walk from us. Yes, on foot! ;)
Of course, you can also reach us using other modes of transportation. We have parking available right in front of the building for cars, bikes, and more.
P.S.: If you happen to arrive with a tricycle, we’re sure we can find a spot for it in the underground garage too.
How does onboarding work at TechDivision?
Whether your onboarding takes place on-site or remotely is something we’ll decide together. During the pandemic, we continuously optimized our remote onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience. It’s especially important to us that our new team members feel completely at ease and like a valued part of the team, even without physical proximity.
If you choose to work remotely, we’ll send your hardware and any other necessary materials to you by mail before your start date—or you can pick them up in person at the office.
Whether remote or on-site, your onboarding begins right after you’ve accepted the offer. We’ll stay in touch multiple times before your first day to ensure everything is ready. You’ll also be assigned a mentor to guide you both professionally and personally, helping you settle in seamlessly. During your probationary period, you’ll have regular feedback sessions with your mentor to support your integration and growth.
This is how we turn ourselves upside down for you
