OneTrust

TechDivision uses the tool OneTrust, a service of OneTrust Technology Limited, 82 St. John Street, Farringdon, London EC1M 4JN, United Kingdom (UK), to obtain your cookie consent.

By integrating a JavaScript code, you will be shown a banner when you first access the page, in which you can select your cookie preferences. OneTrust blocks the setting of all cookies requiring consent until you have given your consent. This ensures that such cookies are only set on the respective user device if consent has been given. For technically necessary reasons, the tool uses cookies from Optanon and CookieLaw, both of which belong to OneTrust.

So that OneTrust can clearly assign page views to individual users and individually record and save the consent settings made by the user, certain user information (including the IP address) is collected when our website is accessed, transmitted to OneTrust servers, and stored there. Further information on the use of data by OneTrust can be found at https://www.onetrust.com/privacy-notice/

The legal basis for the storage of these cookies is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. C, F GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time in the Data Protection Preference Center, or reactivate it in the event of a prior revocation.

We would like to point out that, according to the data protection supervisory authorities, the USA is a so-called unsafe third country.

We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization activated on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can find more information about the processing of your data by Google at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

You can revoke the consent you have already given at any time in the Data Protection Preference Center, or reactivate it in the event of a prior revocation.

YouTube

To integrate and display video content, we use functions of the video portal YouTube on our website. The provider is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. We would like to point out that, according to the data protection supervisory authorities, the USA is a so-called unsafe third country.

For this purpose, we integrate YouTube via the so-called no-cookie domain, according to which the connection to YouTube is not established when the website is loaded, but only when you decide to click on the play button (play video). When you play a video, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells YouTube which of our pages you have visited. YouTube can assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile if you are logged into your YouTube account. You can prevent this by logging out beforehand.

Details on the handling of user data can be found in YouTube's privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. There you can also find out whether and which cookies are used by YouTube for this purpose.

With the data, Meta can recognize that you have visited our website, what you have clicked on, and if you have clicked on a link on Facebook or Instagram that connects you to our website.
