CASIO

International content commerce platform

Project Goal

The objective of the project was to build a robust and extensible digital commerce platform for CASIO Europe, based on the Adobe Experience Cloud. This platform can be used as a template for other, multi-country clients or country rollouts.

TechDivision's main task here was to address the special features of the German market. Our primary goal was to integrate the new platform seamlessly into the existing IT infrastructure, with existing systems such as ERP and PIM, as well as to take over project- and incident management. Furthermore, TechDivision was commissioned as a partner for various topics in the areas of security, performance, hosting infrastructure, and security.

Challenge:
  • International launch of a B2C platform
  • Creating and linking internal processes
  • Operational support and enablement of the E-Commerce departments
  • Data analysis and recommendations for improvement
Solution:
  • Support and training of agile processes
  • Provision and testing of test routines and reports
  • Reporting, data visualization, and isolation of optimization potential
  • Accompanying business processes

We are delighted to have TechDivision as an extremely experienced partner for our portal project, who not only has extensive and comprehensive experience in the field of E-Commerce and agile working methods, but also has the relevant expertise with the Adobe Experience Cloud. The TechDivision team was involved right from the start, regularly provided very helpful impulses and ideas, and was not too shy to take on supposedly trivial tasks during the hot project phase. Working with you was great fun, and I'm excited to work with you again and for what's to come!
